Johnson and Johnson Medical Device company developed a virtual reality system to aid in the training of Anterior hip surgery. The VR’s effectiveness has been backed by a study from The Imperial College London that shows that contrary to the traditional training program, where none of the surgeons achieved successful real surgery without substantial guidance, 83% of those who underwent VR training demonstrated the ability to perform real surgery successfully with minimal assistance.

Vodafone, a global leader in technology communication, used VR to improve the presentation skills of their employees. Employees can upload their presentation slide, practice with timing, tone, etc. and  receive AI-powered feedback. The setting of a real scenario consisting of audiences and visitors of Vodafone Pavilion was recreated in VR and  employees can then practice their presentation safely before delivering in real life.
